Hi everyone,
My name is Lorna Fernandez Ciruela, a U1 student studying Computer Science and Mathematics, and I am running to be your SUS Representative to SSMU!
As your SSMU Representative, I want to base my platform on equality, accessibility and transparency. I firmly believe in an equitable chance for all, and want to make sure that I will be the voice for any Science Undergraduate Student regardless of year, major, or background. With my door always open, I will make it my mission to deliver your Science-specific concerns to SSMU. As your SSMU rep, I want to ensure the consistent and accelerated improvement of our facilities and resources. From study places to mental health resources, I will work to make sure that we are all given the means to work the best way we can. With updates to the community, I want to show absolute transparency with Science-related concerns discussed on the SSMU floor and make sure that YOU know we are doing the best we can. With your support, I truly believe that we can strengthen our student community.
